Pull up the curriculum at the school you are interested in and see if you have any of the 4 years of courses completed that will transfer. It is likely your technology degree will not transfer unless you have taken Calculus, Physics and Chemistry so it could take the entire 4 years. Part time may tricky as engineering classes are in order. Unless the same classes are offered both Fall and Spring, some can only be done once a year.
