are 4 years of foreign language important?

<p>Do they require 3 years, or 3 levels? i am currently in my 3rd year of spanish in high school, but it is considered level 4 since i took a course in middle school (after level 4 is ap)</p>

<p>In my senior year, i have the option of taking ap spanish, ap stats, or both of them. does taking both have a DISTINCT advantage over just taking 1 of them?</p>

<p>(i’d like to apply to the biometry and statistics major, so if i decided on taking only one of those ap courses, it’d be ap stats)</p>

<p>If it makes any difference, I wish I took AP Spanish in high school. </p>
