Are ACT or SAT scores more important at these schools?

I received a 2060 on the SAT (CR-610 M-790 W-660) and a 32 on the ACT (E-28 M-35 R-30 S-34 Essay-10). I was wondering if I should submit both or just one to the following schools. I would also like to know which would be more respected (if either).

University of California Berkeley
University of Illinois
University of Michigan
Purdue
UCLA
USC

I am also planning to take the SAT Math 2 and Physics Subject Tests.

Use your ACT score at all schools. Don’t use your SAT score unless it is required. When you take the subject tests and intend on sending them eventually, try to make sure that only the subject tests are sent – not ALL your SAT scores.

To answer though the top part question about respectability, both SAT and ACT scores are considered equal and colleges (and official, reliable websites) have ways to relate the two scores to each other.

Your ACT score is better and your SAT CR is on the weak side for these schools. However, most schools would look for your better scores between the 2 tests if you submit both. If you have a very strong section score in one test that is not shown in the other test, you may still want to submit both, but it is not the case for you. Just skip the SAT1 score although you don’t really need to hide it.

Neither test is preferred or “more respected”. Use the higher one.
