are all/most courses offered in fall also offered in spring/summer semester?

i was supposed to enroll in the fall semester in a CC but due to system errors in the eservices portal where im supposed to enroll, i may not be able to do so. i’ve called the cc to inquire yet i’ve only been getting voicemails so far and i might just run out of class slots considering it has been a week since my enrollment appointment and classes are filling up FAST.

anyways, what would be the downside of enrolling in the spring instead? will i still be able to take the courses i was supposed to take this fall? the original plan was to take gen chem lecture, chem lab, english, and calculus for fall (14 units) and then more chem lec and lab, more calculus, and then 2 gen ed classes for spring (around 15-16 units)

also, i plan on transferring to a university after cc so does that mean im least likely to transfer to a fall semester?

would it also be ok to take classes in summer as well to catch up or is it a bad idea since it will be overload?

First, the CC is probably nearby. Physically walk in and try to find out. No stranger here is going to give you a solution to that part of your issue.

You will probably be able to take most of the same classes in spring as in fall. Summer, no. Offerings will be more limited.

Depends upon the school. Some schools that have sequential classes (e.g. chem I and II) only offer the first part in the Fall. Others offer them both semesters. Ask the college. As mentioned above, summer options are more limited.

Not every class is offered every semester at every school. You need to contact the school and ask, even if it means physically going over to the Registrar’s office.

Certain classes are offered at certain times. Some things may be offered every semester while other things may not. Summer is usually pretty limited, too, compared to fall and spring semesters.
