Can I just take ACT and wont have to worry about SAT II’s? Also, are the grades on AP exams important at all?

I don’t think any colleges seriously consider AP scores. The ACT (writing required) replaces the SAT I and Whitman doesn’t require SAT IIs.

Thanks birdhouse. This college is looking better and better!!!

If I have given the SAT IIs without stellar scores, should I report them? Although they don’t reflect my ability (didn’t study more than a week), they will show at least I tried to cover additional ground. WILL it do any good…??

I don’t think it’ll hurt at all, since Whitman isn’t supposed to look at them. They’ll probably consider them only if they’re good.

Anyway, wouldn’t they show up on the SAT report? I thought all of the scores (SAT I AND SAT II) go the college when you send them in from College Board.
