Are AW sections in paper and computer based tests rated differently?

I mean, the speed of typing, in my idea, is much more than writing with hand. As a result, in computer-based tests one can write(type) much more.(maybe twice the amount one can write with hand) And most of the samples with the scores of 5 or 6 are so long. Judging by the typos, I guess all of them were typed.
Another advantage of typing over writing with hand is that one can add sentences or move paragraphs/sentences in the former, while in paper-based tests, one can’t add any sentences in between or re-organize the essay.
So, it seems to me that those taking the computer-based test have an advantage in the AW sections over those who take the paper-based test if the above issues aren’t taken into consideration while scoring the paper-based tests, but I haven’t read anything from ETS that says they score them differently. Does anyone have any idea?
