<p>My boyfriend was thinking about going to Chico State, and his mom was talking about how their party days are long gone. Or at least that it doesn’t live up to the reputation that it’s always had anymore. Is this true? I know every school has parties, but Chico’s always been known for being one of the schools that party the most.</p>
