Are core AP classes more important?

Which is a harder/better schedule for junior year:
Conceptual physics
AP Econ
APUSH
AP Stats
AP Calc AB
Spanish 5H
AP Lang Orchestra
(5 ap; 3 in core classes)

AP Bio
Regular economics
APUSH
Study hall
AP Calc AB
Spanish 5
AP Lang
Orchestra
(4 ap in core)

Is 3 ap classes in core subjects vs 4 aps in core really different? Which is more rigorous and better? PS: my intended major is finance and I want to go to UVA.

Based on your intended major, I think schedule one with AP Econ and AP stats would be more beneficial.

The first schedule is better because you’re taking physics.
AP stats is unnecessary so only take it if you love math.
Doubling up on social science is unnecessary too, you could take economics reg or honors since you’re taking APUSH, but for your major AP economics may be better. Your second schedule would be okay if you took physics instead of AP Bio.
