Are C's really that bad?

<p>So I’m applying early but I am worried because of previous posts degrading B’s and C’s.
Are they really that bad?

<p>Well, in my personal opinion…I think if these C’s were during your freshman or sophmore year, then it shouldn’t penalize you… If you have shown tremedous growth and have managed to get all A’s (and I guess maybe 1 or 2 B’s) from that point… then it shouldn’t be too bad. But if you have C’s spread out your 4 years, then I would see that as a problem…</p>

<p>You shoudn’t worry too much about getting Cs, especially if you’ve only gotten 1-2 from freshman/sophomore year, but you’ve improved since then.</p>
