Internship for the fire department counts also… etc</p>

<p>I had a classmate that volunteered at the local city police/fire department squad. He had a blast working there.</p>

<p>Internship for a private firm is NOT a community service. However, if you are an intern at a municipal institution, then it is community service.</p>

<p>If it’s not a paid internship, then it’s community service, if it’s paid, it’s job experience.</p>
