are my crazy unpredicatable scores keep out of college? lol

well so i took the act last time and got a 31
36 E
34 R
26M
and 28 S

i took it again and i’m expecting:

34 or 35 E
29’s reading (pretty much guessed on the last passage due to poor time management)
34 or 35 M ( i did great. im good in math, i got a 5 in calc… i just think too much about soem quetsions)
crappy crappy science…

so my question is:

even though the schools i want to go to do superscore the ACT i dont wnat the to think im stupid … do u think they do this whole psychological analysis on my score or do they simply choose the highest scores?

generally your scores wont fluctuate more then 4 points at most as long as somthing didnt drastically change on the test (aka nose bleed, someone throwing up)

i have a friend who got a 5 on the calc AB test and got a 28 on math, i got a 3 on the AB test and i got an 800 on SAT math.

i dont think it will be as big of a difference as you might think. it never is

and to answer your question, yea they notice it but how they interpert it changes. but it probably wont be detrimental espically if your scores go up

Most schools will not care don’t worry. That’s quite a superscore haha

the thing is, my scores HAVE changed dramatically… like, ive always sucked at the science because i think too much about stuff and that happened with the science lol

but last time i did the math this one girl was coughing the whole time and i wanted to kill her lol and now this one time i did the reading i started in the second passage by acccident and started bubbling in the answers as 1,2,3 etc… and then i realized i had messed up when i finished the 4th passage and i didnt have time to finish anything else… so yeah …

my superscore should be like a 33, but im thinking i should take the test again just to have a solid, high score

Lol, I will tell you that your AP Calc scores have nearly no bearing on whether your standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) are high. I got a 5 on AB and get like a 700 on Math/32 math. Calculus can be understood quite fine without much concrete knowledge of geometry, some algebra, etc.
