Are my SAT II scores bad for first time

<p>I have just taken my SAT II for the first time, and this is what i got. </p>

<p>610 Math IC
590 U.s History
550 Writing. </p>

<p>Will this kill my chances of getting into duke. i have a 3.47 uw, 3.75 w g.p.a, african american male, and 1210 SAT scors( 650 Math, 560 Verbal.</p>

<p>On this board, they’re lower quartile but I mean they’re pretty much average I think…</p>

<p>they aren’t the best. however, if you are a junior, then there is still time. you should retake the us history and the writing. the math isn’t as bad.</p>
