Are my stats a dime a dozen at Stanford?

What would you put my odds at acceptance based on this snapshot?

This is the worst part of CC. No one csn chance you based on a short numbers bio. Admissions use so many factors and if you think someone can just say match or reach its going to mislead you.

Have a look at Stanford’s applicant profile:

[Applicant Profile : Stanford University](http://www.stanford.edu/dept/uga/basics/selection/profile.html)

Your stats are basically a “dime a dozen.” Frankly, stats don’t get anyone into Stanford. As you’ve probably read, Stanford admission is holistic, considering factors ranging from essays to ECs.

What are your odds? No one knows.

The only way you’ll know is by getting your decision. An admission officer would have to read your entire file (including essays and ECs), compare it to the entire applicant pool, and consider the needs of the admission committee on a specific day in order to determine your decision.

If you were some generic upper middle class white/Asian student, then you would definitely be a dime a dozen. Your minority status (African American), though, makes it otherwise.
