<p>For all of those who want to know how their SAT and ACT scores stack up - here is a link to the common data set for 2009. There will be a new set coming out for the admitted 2010 class. You will find the test scores for the class, both SAT and ACT and the scores for the top 25% of the class, etc. There is a wealth of information is these data sets for hopeful applicants. All very helpful when trying to determine if your stats are good enough.<br>

<p>They’ve put instate and OOS under one thing. Inaccurate.</p>

<p>The random people on the internet often link to the stats and explain that since only 18% of the entering class is from outside NC, if you are a non-NC resident you need to be significantly above the 75th percentile to get in.</p>

<p>^ blue_box is correct… 80% in-state (+ recruited athletes, +hooks) leave only room for very top students… Thats why combined Instate/OOS gives OOS students hope when there often is none…</p>
