Are my stats too low for Dartmouth?

3.841uw, 26/335 (rank is unweighted, grr), ACT 30; SAT IIs: 630, 570, 790
National debate competitor (NFL), martial arts, music/theatre. started a small business. School’s top Social Studies student last year.

Any input would be great!

try to raise your sat 2’s…

u have great chance!! show them so kong pow and you are in!!!

whoa…i just noticed you started a small business…by yourself? that’s crazy…and it’ll help, prolly a LOT for dartmouth

whoa…what was the business for? that is awesome!

I started it when I was 10, selling Beanie Babies on the internet, to raise money to go to a figure skating camp.

hmmmm anyone still buy beanie babies? lol…I bet all u others (and me too) were expecting ur business to be like donald trump style hehe

oh and i got u beat in martial arts im a 2nd degree black belt so dartmouth will be all over me like a crack monkey on a dime bag u figure skatin pansy lol jk …=)

:P
i say: red belt + skating > black belt

2nd degree - what’s the big deal? If I had continued I would be 3rd or 4th by now - and I’m 14.

ah yes well some people actually earn their ranks instead of just paying their instructors to give them to them

Um… sure. At least I have betters ACTs.

i have a friend who got rejected from early decision, 3.9 GPA, 1390 SAT, 3 SAT IIs up in the mid 700s, amazing rec letters and ECs, and connection at Dartmouth. He didnt even get defferred…just flat out rejected

that doesnt sound too good cuz my stats are right around there

that sounds bad…my sat’s are all lower than his…this sucks

Buck up. Dartmouth isn’t completely stats based.

You’ll probably want to have something special to make it happen
