Are my subject test scores good enough for a top of the line Engineering School?

I am dead set on majoring in biomedical engineering, but I made the mistake of taking my Subject Tests a year after taking the classed that go with them. On the Chemisty Test I got a 680 and on the Math Level 2 I go a 750. On the regular SAT I got a 2110. I’m looking at schools like Carnegie Mellon and Cornell and I don’t have time to retake the tests. Do I have even the slightest chance even if I didn’t break 700 on the Chemistry test? Thanks!

That depends on the school. There are some “top” schools that don’t even look at subject tests.
