<p>I’m wondering because they are two of my top choices. I’m not applying for FA. I am not at all skeptical about schools like HYP being need-blind, because they’re in a league of their own when it comes to higher education, not to mention their huge endowments. But I am wondering if Northwestern and Georgetown will consider ability to pay to at least some extent?</p>
<p>if they say they’re need-blind, i really doubt that they would be lying. not having to apply for FA is nice and it’ll open your options for colleges since you don’t have to consider money, but it’s not going to put you above other applicants at most schools. a lot of schools now only consider need for international students and won’t really consider it in any other cases.</p>
