I’ll be attending JSA Princeton in like… 2 days.

How are the dorms like? Specifically, how are the bathrooms like?

We’ll be in either Holder, Hamilton, Joline, or Campbell dorms. Are rooms like spacious? Do they have some sort of furniture? Lighting? Carpeting?

Lol icing on the cake? You mean falling in love with a campus that I’d never in a million years get to attend (it’s why I wanted to go to their Georgetown thing).

joline and campbell do not have very nice bathrooms-- they haven’t been renovated since the 60s or so. All of those dorms are very pretty on the outside, but vary on the inside. All will have furniture, although the provided lighting can be lacking.

Honor, if I remember correctly, Holder, Campbell and Hamilton are made up mostly of 3 room suites (2 bedrooms and an living room) including fireplaces in most living rooms.

Nah, that’s just a picture of Hamilton as taken from University Place (facing Richardson somewhat). Maybe you thought of that part of the building as Madison, or perhaps the entrance to Upper Eagle. As for the picture you linked to, I remember that courtyard well, as I also lived in Hamilton my sophomore year (124).

ray, yes I thought it might be a picture from the University Place side of Hamilton, but it seems that there is too much space between the building and the street. I was in 3rd entry sophomore year by the way.

JohnAdams, I lived in entry 1 (at least, it’s entry 1 nowadays), in the quad next to a bathroom and adjoining Lower Cloister. It was on the second floor when you approached the building from the north, but on the third floor from the south.

Nope, they’ve converted Blair Tower into classrooms and grad student/faculty residences. Evan Thomas of Newsweek currently lives there. In the 90s, that dorm was sometimes referred to as “Casa del Fuego” due to all the fires that would somehow get started in there. I know it used to have an older nickname, back in the days of John McPhee (Cottage '53), but I can’t remember it. I think it was “[Something] Manor”?
