Are Rejection Letters Priority Mail?

<p>That’s a lot of express mail and for 35,000 applicants won’t that cost USC a lot of cash? Why wouldn’t the rejections be regular mail?</p>

<p>Err no, rejections are First Class, which is “regular mail”. USPS Express Mail is indeed express (their overnight). Below that class is Priority, and below that, First Class.</p>
