Are the onine ACT tests accurate?

I got a 34 reading with 4 wrong, and a 31 science with 5 wrong. These do not correlate with another free online test (PDF version: the link is somewhere on this site) where I would score a 28 science and 31 reading with the same number wrong. I know the scores don’t transfer exactly from test to test, but 4 wrong and a 34 seems kind of lenient…

*** This is with the official online ACT review***

I had a 26 composite on my first go around with the ACT, so I’m being careful to avoid a let downer.

I don’t remember the ACT official online thingy to be hard. The day of the test I did miserable. You have to factor in a lot of things. I think I remember the online being easier just in general though.

Could that also be from test day nerves? I had alot of trouble with that on test day, but I think I’ve reproduced similar conditions while practicing. The fact that the practice tests are suposedly close to the real thing puts me on ice.
