Are the people here high or are these universities really that bad?

<p>Here at **************s, Stanford gets a B+, and its electrical engineering dept gets a C. Brown gets an A, chicago gets a B+, and Harvard gets a B, and the student reviews for Columbia are terrible.
Should one take these reviews/ratings seriously?</p>
