<p>Hi guys, I have a friend that will be an incoming freshman in CC. Does anyone here know of any good websites that offer textbooks for cheap? What about dating and campus work-study programs? I know that a couple of years ago, there were a few websites such as dogears and CUcommunity, but those were taken down circa 2005. Are there any current Columbia students that can speak out on this issue? This would be greatly appreciated, thanks.</p>

<p>Dogears was a fantastic resource a couple of years back, but they took it down. A good site for what you mentioned (dating, textbooks, campus jobs) is pearlshark.com It’s relatively new, but is really popular in the columbia community.</p>
