<p>Are there any part-time PhD programs for international relations in the D.C. area? I’ve done some searching, but most of the programs seem to assume a full-time person. What about those of us who need to work and can’t do the full-time thing?</p>
<p>To my knowledge, you would have to work this out with the individual program. I would call and see if you can do it part time. I would be surprised if you could though.</p>
