UGA. I hate it… it’s a college version of my high school, and 1/4 of my eventual graduating class will attend this school. I do not want to see maybe more than 5 people of my class after high school. ;)

Yea, I wanna go to UGA, but I’m OOS and I get what you mean about not having too many people from H.S. there.

I don’t think I “hate” any schools…I probably will after I apply and get ****ty aid or get flat out rejected.

OSU is held in really high standards where I am from, but I don’t really mind it.

However, one of my favorite schools, Notre Dame, is constantly glorified and kids excessively talk about getting into there. It’s getting annoying and it doesn’t help that a lot of their alumni put themselves on a perch with the “holier than thou attitude”.

Not sure how license plates indicate excessive pride, but whatever.

I despise U of Michigan. And no, not because I go to their rival school (I despise them more after I got accepted than before). I just despise the teachers, the area, and many of the students. I had some ex-friends from high school straight-up tell me that they were no longer friends with me because, essentially, they were better than me because they were going to a better school. With that attitude? Good riddance we’re not friends anymore.

I don’t really have any strong aversions to any colleges. However I do have favorites. If that was the topic of this thread, I would have a lot more to contribute.

To answer the question though, I think I would pick Columbia.

^^Oh just because of my little reasons. The area for one isn’t great. I know you are going to say “It’s in Manhattan!!!”

Columbia is in Harlem and not the nice part of Harlem either. Plus they have a vendetta against my school which is sort of ridiculous. But as I said I dont hate it but if I had to choose one school to dislike it would be Columbia.
