Are there ways to focus on sustainibility and renewable energy in NU Engineering?

I am really considering going to NU, where I was accepted as an engineering undergrad. However, I wish to pursue a fairly intense focus on sustainability, renewable energy/technology, and was wondering how easy this would be to accomplish at NU. Are there any specific classes that I can take (in any college) that focus on renewable energy technology and its creation? Are there any types of certificates that I can receive that focus on sustainability? Are there undergrad research opportunities that relate to sustainability?

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Does anyone have any personal responses to my question, including individual experiences with sustainability at NU?
