I’m taking next year these courses:
Computer
Arabic
Forensic Science or Accounting
AP Calculus
AP Physics B
AP Chemistry
AP Comparative Politics
Literature
PE

Is taking all these courses in my senior year immpossible or is it doable. Especially that I’m taki four AP’s. give me your opinions

It is not impossible. No one can truly tell you if you can manage it or not. You should know if your work ethic is good enough to handle those classes. But to answer your question, it is definitely manageable and not impossible.

Everyone I know who in high school took two AP science courses in one year were miserable (but YMMV). Add the fact that the AP Chemistry exam has been redesigned, I suggest dropping one of the science APs.

@Mitcho: Also, you say “next year.” Do you mean the 2013-14 school year or the 2014-15 school year? (You post is ambiguous – some schools have already started.) I’m asking this because the AP Physics B exam will be no more starting in 2014-15 (being replaced by AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based and AP Physics 2: Algebra-Based).

I think it would depend on if you’ve taken AP’s before and how well you’ve done in them. It depends on the person and how they work/learn. If you’ve taken 2 or more ap’s the year before and did well in them, than I think this will be manageable. Also, if you have 4 AP’s and the rest are regular classes, than I think you’ll be alright still if you can keep up with the work, because you wouldn’t have any honors to worry about.

definitely doable, I’m doing both Physics C exams, Chem, Calc BC, Stats, and Enviro Science this year, and last year I did US history, Lang, Calc AB, Psych, and Bio (getting 3 5s and 2 4s)

Yes it’s definitely doable if you’re willing to put in the work. I’m taking 8 APs this year: Physics C E&M, Physics C mech, Calculus BC (self-study), statistics, US history, US govt, Physics B (self-study), and English Lang
