Are these EC's believeable...?

Okay… I’m a really busy person and I don’t have too much free time (or sleep) during the school week, but even so, I just added up the hours I spend on my EC’s… and they aren’t believable at all! I don’t want to trim off any hours because this really IS how many hours a week I spend on my stuff. But then again, I don’t want to appear to be lying.

On my commonapp I wrote something like:

Drama
20 hours /week, 25 weeks/year
(We have an insane drama program) Hours are inclusive of summer workcalls, festivals during vacation, practice / rehearsal during vacation, performances, afterschool workcalls, group line studies etc,.

Speech and debate
12 hours / week, 10 weeks/year
(hours are inclusive of the speech rehearsals and tournaments on weekends, which can last up to 12 hours)

Music
6 hours / week, 30 weeks / year (i don’t know the exact dates, but it’s during the entire school year that we do music, and we also do it on vacations sometimes)

and then I work 15 hours a week

That adds up to 53 hours / week spent on afterschool activities. Is that believable at all??

One would just assume that you do these at different times in the year? So then it would be believable.

If it is true, then put it down. Simple.

You should put qualifier such as “up to”, “varies”, “flexible” if they are not on all the time. For DD, some weeks are just plain crazy, no time to sleep and eat, and some weeks are not.
