Are these good enough score?

Hi,

I applied to University of the Pacific’s pharmacy program, and I’m taking the chemistry SAT II tomorrow, as well as Math II.

What I’m wondering is-what would be considered a GOOD score for pharmacy school?
Or…what’s considered a good score for chemistry and math in general?

Please don’t just answer something like “750.” I really would like a concrete reason why.

We’re not UOP’s admission officers so we can’t offer you a concrete reason why. A good score for just about any campus and in all subjects, range quite a bit (typically around 700~800 ie: Math IIC, many students get 800s). It also depends on percentile. Don’t take my word for it; you can always ask your counselor.

It’s just like asking what is a GOOD SAT score… there isn’t a concrete reason or answer. And if UOP’s pharm program is similar to its pre-dent, they use subject testings for placement.

Good point.

I do know that UoP uses subject tests for placement purposes, so this makes me almost paranoid, as if anything under 700=no placement…arggghhh does anyone know what a pretty decent score for placement is then?
