Are these good enough..?

If anyone knows could someone tell me if these grades sound good enough to get into any decent college in LA.?
UK college/high school does a two year course with exams at the end of each year.

Photography - 1st year B

 • 2nd year B

English Lit - 1st year C

 • 2nd year D

Sociology - 1st year D

 • 2nd year E

Politics - one year course - E
ICT - one year course - E

I know there not great but I have good Teacher references and personal statement essay.

Can you explain how British schools grade?

I’m not quite familiar with “E”…

Ask your school counselor about which US colleges kids with your stats have gone to in past years.

Isn’t an E a failing grade?

Hogwarts = Exceeds Expectations, however…

Easy (rarely used)

Moderate (M, or “Mod”)

Difficult (D, or “Diff”)

Very Difficult (VD, or “V Diff”)

Hard Very Difficult (HVD – sometimes omitted)

Severe (S)

Hard Severe (HS)

Very Severe (VS)

Hard Very Severe (HVS)

Extremely Severe (E1, E2, E3, …)

I have no idea, but that’s what wikipedia says…

;)

No E isnt a fail its just a mark that sucks. I think F is the next one that is a fail.

Ok il try sending the mentor them but i dont think he will know about English grades either. But first off, how do i do that in CSU. I went to ‘ask an expert’ but i dont have anyone in my address book to email.
