Are these scores and EC's good enough for a fighting chance at UPenn and Yale?

Math - 770
Will take Math 2 and Physics SAT 2’s.
-IB with 4 higher levels and 2 standard levels. [generally it’s 3 HL and 3 SL].
Been getting 41+ out of 42 in school exams.
-Developed an online donation portal for local charities to use.
-Founded a student organization - we’ve organized some charitable events.
-Started a theatre group with three other friends, we now have about 20 members and have put up two productions. [sold tickets and everything.]
-Female lead in the school production.
-Two movies on Youtube :stuck_out_tongue:
-Taught at a local school for a year.
-Won a city-wide speaking-competition.
-MUN once.
-Playing the piano for 3 years.

  • Paid internship at a company that develops material for tests [olympiads, STAR testing, etc]
  • Research internship involving machine learning and customer experience
    -Student Council member
  • Yearbook and School newsdesk for 2 years</p>

<p>If you emphasize the internships and maybe tie them into an essay, I’d say you have a pretty good shot.</p>

<p>She’s not joking guise. And based on the threads I have read in the past you have a chance. You’re test scores are definitely excellent and your ecs are pretty good in my opinion. Nail the essay and I’m sure you’ll definitely be able to get into at least one of them. If you have any hooks it’ll definitely help.</p>
