Are these two essays asking the same thing?

<p>Describe the unique qualities that attract you to the specific undergraduate College or School (including preferred admission and dual degree programs) to which you are applying at the University of Michigan. How would that curriculum support your interests?</p>

<p>Could I possibly answer them similarly? And are they practically asking the same thing?</p>

<p>They are asking generally the same thing: Why do you want to go here? But I assume your reasons for picking these two schools aren’t identical (they are fairly different schools, after all), so submitting the same essay for both with the school names switched isn’t a good idea.</p>
