<p>I have maintained near a 4.0 at another school, similar to Penn. If I transfer to Penn, does that mean that I cannot graduate with “cum laude” (for instance) at Penn? I read an article about a student who in 2000 transferred from Northwestern to Penn and the article was citing some of the difficulties involved in the switch. Specifically, it mentioned how the student was ineligible for some graduation honors available to Penn students. Is this still true? Can someone please clarify? Thanks!</p>

<p>Your GPA at the other school probably wouldn’t count towards your Penn GPA.</p>
