Are UC's Accepting Winter 2011?

<p>I heard they weren’t accepting winter 2011 apps due to budget cuts. But I’m looking at UCI’s website and it says they are… </p>

<p>If UC’s are only accepting 2011 TAG applicants, when do I need to sign a TAG for winter??</p>

<p>some do some don’t. UCSD is one other that does. UCLA and UCB to my knowledge does not.</p>
