I remember about a year ago we were in a fairly large group of friends and we got talking about how all the women believed Anita Hill’s story because we had all lived some version of it. There was not a single woman there who hadn’t had at least one bad experience with a man. Our husband’s had no idea. It was a very eye-opening meeting for them (and to some extent for me too). Not one woman hadn’t been affected. Not one.
CC is the extent of my social media, so no clue. Thanks, @katliamom.

I would like to thank all of you, who even anonymously, are openly stating “me too” - this is a time for recognition and above all healing for all of us. <3
To all the “me too’s” that can’t even begin to handle putting this on their profile, or drudge up the feeling it, focus of it, or activation of it… you are loved + acknowledged. Know it’s totally OK to not play.
Just had to say it.

When i think back at these encounters I can still recall them with vivid detail- and my total shock at what happened- “did that really just happen?”

Add me.
Me too. And doubly abused by those men who didn’t participate but knew it and excused it.
