<p>Actually a better way to describe me would be that I used to be an optimist, and then CC kinda turned me into a pessimist … :P</p>

<p>CC made me realistic. No sense running about thinking you’ve got a good chance at schools and you don’t.</p>

<p>I call myself a pessimistic optimist, which is, imo, better than the other way around.</p>

<p>I’m definitely an optimist, especially with my future. I realize there are a plethora of things that can go wrong, but I always see the brighter side. I am an idealist, too. That’s harder to deal with, though, because idealism greatly deals with your morals. So if something happens that goes against my principles, it kind of rocks my world.</p>

<p>Optimistic thoughts about pessimism:
When some good happens, I’m happy but there’s the added bonus of being insanely surprised. When something bad happens…look how good I am at predicting the future!</p>

I accept my limitations that I’m not going to the “expensive college(s)” because of the cost.</p>

<p>Yet I believe I can dominate my field in my key subjects and have confidence in things such as leadership and math/science :)</p>
