Are you excited about the Women's World Cup?!

Go USA! 3-1,

It’s still 3-0. I thought that there would be more interest here.

Oops! Yes; Game over. 3-0.

Too busy watching to be on-line  Go USA!

Got to see the end of the game. Woohoo!

I knew nothing about soccer, having a football player and a baseball player. Baseball son plays for a huge soccer school (womens team averages 5,000 fans/game). Now I love watching womens soccer. Was lucky enough to watch Megan Rapino while she played in college- she is amazing and you can just see the love she has for the game. There are 4 alumni from the University of Portland in the World cup, 2 on the Canadian team and 2 on team USA. Sounds like they had a fun time with all the Americans in attendance today. Hopefully they keep it up.

Good to know! University of Portland was on son’s shortlist, because he thought their soccer fields were amazing!

Yes!!! I’m super excited. Go ladies, goooooo!!! Awesome game today. I was wondering what Brandi “the Sporsbra” was up to lately, and was soooo happy to see her among the commentators today. Yay!!!

some atrocious refereeing going on in this tournament. well, at least one instance, in particular. the center ref and assistant at that end of the field in the Australia game should be banned from international games.
