Texas could easily support 3 NFL teams. Florida has 3 NFL teams that have their own markets without much overlap.

The Raiders? Blech.

By the way, I think Strong is the great choice ever. Same thing for that Patterson dude. No real reason behind my retraction, safe and except http://www.dallasnews.com/news/education/headlines/20140729-ut-system-regents-choose-adm.-william-mcraven-as-chancellor.ece

I think critics and the fantastic duo of Edward Blum and Rein better start worry about how that guy interprets Don’t mess with Texas. ;)

Tebow is going to sign a one year contract with the Eagles. I hope he does really well and shuts up all those naysayers.
Can we let this thread die, and use the other almost identically named one that is currently active?
[Are you ready for some football?](Are you ready for some football? - #3244 by MADad - Parent Cafe - College Confidential Forums)
I think that 99.999 percent of the NFC fans outside Philly would pray for Tebow to drop the chart holder and have to play. And probably what a same number of Eagles fan would fear.
The Eagles continue to beef up their … running game, because he surely ain’t about throwing the football.
Oops! According to the report issued by Roger Goodell’s hand-picked investigator:
[Wells Report: ‘More Probable Than Not’ Tom Brady Knew of Deflated Balls.](http://nesn.com/2015/05/wells-report-more-probable-than-not-tom-brady-was-aware-of-deflation/)
Not a big surprise. Hopefully he will be punished.
Whatever Brady gets. Aaron Rodgers would have to get substantially more punishment, as Rodgers opened admitted overinflating balls. Let’s be fair, now (sarcasm).
This morning I’ve actually heard Patriots fans making the argument “They beat the Colts by a lot, so it doesn’t matter that they cheated.” Wow. But I’ve heard others expressing sorrow, and disappointment in Brady. What I haven’t heard much of is rebuttal except, not surprisingly, from the cheaters themselves,
@LasMa, read the other “ready for some football” thread. Plenty of rebuttal going on there. I also have to say that I am 100% certain that if someone were to label you a “cheater” based on the kind of evidence (or lack thereof) that the Wells report contains with respect to Brady, you would consider it a grave injustice!
Honeymoon did not last long in Austinlandia!
Dumbest AD and wrong football coach. Alienating donors and important folks does not bode well for the future of those two subpar hires. The new Prez could undo two wrongs in one fell swoop. What a disgrace for the richest program in college football.
And here I thought you’d post about Dez’s new contract, xig. ![]()
