At the Washington/St Louis game today, the Rams coin toss captains were the six active roster players the team acquired using picks from the 2012 RG3 trade.

Are you serious, jmnva06?? Wow, that’s cold.

Jimmy Johnson said the Seahawks are better than they were last year.
:)

They might be if they could get “healthy” on the offensive line. This O line round robin is killing me. I am counting the days until Unger gets back (again). On the plus side as Pete said in his post game they have been “nurturing along” some of the young guys because they had to and it starts to pay dividends in depth lat in the season (see Tharold Simon)

I was glad to see Kearse have such a great game and get involved in the offense more. They really aired it out in the 4th quarter. I wasn’t getting why they had Richardson if they weren’t willing to take a few shots. I am liking Richardson (except not taking a knee in the end zone) he seems mature and dependable in his routes and has good hands.

I hope Dobbs can get back on the field for the Arizona game. I was really starting to like the Dobbs/Hill tandem

The game plan according to my espn 710 guys should have been to stop the run and let Sanchez try to beat you and it worked perfectly. He is a guy who seems to find a way to cough it up when the game is in his hands and he didn’t disappoint. Foles is kind of the same way, though. He makes bad decisions and throws interceptions when you get him pinned back.

I comfortably won the first round of playoffs in my league. Don’t know who I get next week. I hope my guys are fully healthy by then. I played five guys listed as probably, plus have a bench with Qs and IRs. Argh.

Wow what a clutch win by the Colts. Like really? Ugh. The Texans chances for winning the division are literally becoming nonexistent. :(

Also…Roll Tide ;)

JJ probably forgot how dominating Seattle was in the Super Bowl. They are better than they were a few weeks ago, but they might never be better than in January 2014. Wilson is more mature but he might need more explosive receivers. When your most productive receiver is Baldwin, you know that something is missing. Might want to ask Andrew Luck about that part!

He has Richardson and Lockette. Both are speed burners and I watched Lockett lose his guy at the line of scrimmage steps into his route yesterday. What they need is to not be depending on their 3rd string center to give Wilson time for his receivers to get down field. I anticipate good things down field when Unger gets back.

The Philly v Dallas game will sure be interesting next week. I’m not sure who I want to win yet (based on standings only) I guess if Seattle runs the table from here on out it won’t matter.

If Seattle runs the table, will they have home field throughout?

I think Green Bay would still need to lose. running to check We are all Falcons now.

Ah, ok, that will work! Sarcasm set aside, take a look at the stats and you’ve got to go deep in the stats to find Wilson’s leading receiver. That might account for Seattle being close to the 30th in the league in passing.

<a href=“NFL 2023 Player Stats | passing Stats | NFL.com”>NFL 2023 Player Stats | passing Stats | NFL.com;

No offense, but my point was that if your leading receiver has to be Baldwin, you must not have much of a receiver’s cohort. How many catches have the speed burners together? Is it not around 25 or around 2 per game between both of them.

Packers are 9-3 and we are 9-4 so they need one more loss then we have the head to head tie break (assuming we run the table)

They have a run based offense so nobody gets that many catches. More or better receivers isn’t going to change that.

A more stable O line would make it so Wilson isn’t running for his life half the time and has more time to find receivers, but they still aren’t going out there looking to throw that much. Tate was thrilled to get out of town for that reason.

It might not be enough for Seattle to run the tables or catching Green Bay. There are other possibilities even if Seattle catches Arizona.

Some might go against common sense, but they exist.

Maybe Tate will help us out and take it to Green Bay. Of course they still hate him up there.
