<p>This Monday Night game between The Browns and Washington is my idea of the perfect game for these two teams . . . total ineptitude on both sides. I want Washington to be bad because my team plays them early. Also, I am firmly in the camp who feels that when Manziel said that God had a plan for him in the draft it was to learn humility. I’m thinking that if God’s plan for you is to play for the Browns maybe you need to rethink your life. ;)</p>

<p>So who feels good about their team’s chances this year?</p>

<p>Will the Packers have a defense this year?</p>

<p>Will Gronkowski put The Patriots over the top this year?</p>

<p>TEXANS…well as a realist I’d say a work in progress, but as a homer I say super bowl bound. And that’s if they stop this Ryan Fitzpatrick nonsense. (Yes, I drive the Case Keenum train:) )</p>

<p>Who needs a defense when you’re blessed with Aaron Rodgers? Am I right or am I right?</p>

<p>Gronkowski will explode during November and December. He’ll have the best stats in a heart beat. Then he’ll injure some other part of his body. It’s unfortunate really.</p>

<p>Ha! They just said the Browns have played 7 quarters and have 5 field goals to show for it. </p>

<p>Many were a little nervous when we found out that he was having surgery. But the recent game against the Falcons (granted it’s only preseason) shows just how dominant he can be. And I absolutely love that jersey. The picture just made my day</p>

<p>I have a feeling that our Longhorn will get cut next week (Jeffcoat). He’s chasing some pretty stiff competition. Maybe he’ll have a second life on the practice squad, though. Although the Seahawks can’t even seem to get an injured player through waivers anymore so he’ll likely get snapped up by someone else.</p>

<p>I am if only so the talking heads will quit talking about Suh around here. I don’t want to hear about him anymore, at all, in any capacity. I’ve been waiting for him to be out of Detroit for a while now and I just want him gone. </p>

<p>Ha! Now you have Golden Tate thought, so the Packer fans can start hating Detroit. That will be fun. I just checked and they play twice - at Green Bay to finish the season. </p>

<p>Luckily, living in Michigan, I have a plethora of football options to follow that AREN’T Lions. </p>

<p>My MSU is ranked quite nicely on the preseason poll. And it’s nice to see my current school not on the list. (I’m ignoring that OTHER school that’s ranked above mine…) </p>

<p>I’ve always had a soft spot for Spartan football for no really good reason. They are scrappy and play exciting ball and always seem to over perform. </p>
