If you want a state that offers more handouts, head over to Oregon, at number 46. Unless you have a business. Or have income over $8,250, at which you’ll pay at least 9% income tax on. Apparently that’s progressive tax policy, those rich people earning over $8,250 need to pay their fair share.

My one consolation is that we had a crappy first half against SF in the NFC title game last year. These penalties are insane and the GB pass rush is too.
