Of course you are. CCers are brilliant.

So I’m taking the SAT I on November 1, which also happens to be the deadline for Yale SCEA. Do I need to “rush” my SAT scores to school, or will the normal score-sending procedure be fine?

I was under the impression that universities receive the scores electronically anyway… so I don’t exactly understand why people rush scores…

What should I do?

Thanks!

Take into consideration the sec inverse
(1/(ab(x)(sqrt(x^2-1))
enter Yale SCEA into x, this yields an answer of .43
Looking at the z table, a value of .43 yields the following answer:
“They will receive it in time if you put Yale as a recipient when you signed up for the Nov 1 SAT.”

Someone check my calculations?

Anhtimmy, I admire your math skills. Unfortunately, I lack them, hence my retaking the SAT to get my math score up.

Any other opinions?

Yeah, the schools CAN get scores electronically, you need to register the schools for that. It’s fairly simple, and, surprise! Yale’ll know before you do!
