<p>Ok, so maybe not MIT with the low Writing and History. But with URM AND legacy, Princeton can’t reject you, IMO. Admission decisions can be quirky though, add a really safe safety for good measure, and do an Early program somewhere! If you can’t decide which one you like best, you can do EA at MIT (nonbinding) and Interim at Rice. If you get those scores up a bit and ED at Princeton, you are as close to a shoo-in as there is in this crazy world.</p>

<p>Question. If I increase my verbal to about 680 and writing (IT BETTER GO UP!!!) to a 650, anyone thing I have a damn good shot because I’m retaking the SAT I in Jan and Princeton says they accept this exam as the last, and I will finally have time to prepare for it (like get good pencils…)</p>
