are you supposed to submit part 1 with part 2?

<p>I know some colleges want you to submit part 1 ASAP. i didn’t see this for NU. should i submit it along with part 2?</p>

<p>It doesnt matter. I submitted my part 1 far before I submitted part 2.</p>

<p>If you don’t submit Part I, you can’t work on Part II, online at least.</p>
