<p>I’m inquiring for a friend. Preferably, the school will have applications still open for Fall 2013 or at least Spring 2014. I know SAT scores aren’t so much the determining factor in art colleges as portfolios receive the highest consideration, so any serious advice would be greatly appreciated! If you know of any good art colleges in other locations than NYC, please comment as well. Thanks!</p>
