<p>i don’t think the major you put down matters too much. they assess you just as they do other majors, but for an art major, they would look into your portfolio and stuff like that. you’d still have to be a qualified penn CAS candidate just like all the poli sci and bio majors though, so it’s probably not easy…
i’m pretty sure nursing is rather hard to get into. you have to show a lot of interest in nursing, but they do make the standards a little lower (maybe want a 1350 SAT instead of a 1400?) for nursing kids. i’m not quite sure, but i did get the impression that nursing is pretty hard to get into.</p>
