Art/writing supplement

<p>Hi, I know this is cutting it close, but can somebody tell me where to find the requirements for Chicago for the art supplement/writing supplement? I searched the website and it says they want the Common App art supplement form–does that mean they won’t accept anything else? Also, it says you can submit samples of creative writing–is there a form for this? The website wasn’t very clear. Please help me!!! Thanks.</p>

<p>Also, I’m not going to major in art, I just feel extra art/writing samples will help a little. Please help me if you know where I should look. Thanks again!</p>

<p>they don’t take the commonapp art supplement online… BUT you can print it out, fill it out, and mail in your resume and the CD/DVD of your supplement. If you have a recommendation, get your recommender to send it from his/her address, or have him/her fax it…</p>

<p>Essentially, mail in everything. </p>
