Which one has better employment prospects?

I would also like to pursue my studies in Europe after McGill (Msc Finance, or Management)
Does anyone know where I will be able to go for postgraduate study in Europe with a Bcom from McGill ? (What about the US for those who know? McGill does not have a great reputation in the US, does it?)

From what I have read, McGill Bcom is not the best in Canada, but it has the best (and advantage) international reputation.

Those are two completely different options you have. Do you want to have a career in business or in science/medicine etc. Each one gives you an extensive range of career choices. If you plan to get an MBA afterwards, I’d recommend getting a broad arts and sciences undergraduate degree.

A McGill B.Com. will be fully recognized by European schools. Also, McGill has produced more Rhodes scholars that any other Canadian school and I believe is second only to Harvard in North America in that respect. (Not positive about the latter though).

McGill is the only Canadian university that is widely known and respected in the US. Since it does not have an NCAA Division 1 athletics program, it is not that well known to the average person in the street. Then again Emory, Brown, Vanderbilt and UChicago are not that well known in the US outside their region for the same reason.

agreed, McGill is very well respected in Europe and I have a few friends doing economics masters at LSE and oxford. Moreover, McGill is highly respected and well known among American institutions and professionals. I haave a freiend in human rights law at Harvard who told me about the multiple people he had met who came from McGill. The average person in the US is not aware of McGill, because it is international and as tom said, does not have NCAA athletics, but you will find internationally that people in all professional specialites hold McGill in high regard.
