This question came up before and the consensus view was what you noted - the CDS includes all scores while the profile only considers scores that were submitted for consideration during admission.
Also, interestingly Wesleyan notes in their FAQ that if you are below the 25% percentile that they are unlikely to make you a more competitive applicant. I don’t think that means don’t submit, but it’s interesting to see the language they use here:
“If your scores fall below the 25th percentile of those Wesleyan typically admits (see class profile), your scores are unlikely to make you a more competitive applicant to Wesleyan.”
All this to say that I would probably recommend submitting the 1470, but others could disagree and they could also be right.
