<p>Actually I do find it quite romantic…quite a few manga are based on the “top of the class” kid.</p>

<p>monbusho is the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. The reason we say “monbusho” is just that it’s so much easier to type out “monbusho” than “The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.”</p>
