<p>“Fictional Characters”- I beg to differ! Okay, I’ll give you Superman but Jesus actually did exist. Now, don’t mistake me for any foot-bashing born-again Christian, I am not. But a very charismatic man named Jesus, from Nazareth, did exist. There is primary evidence of this. If you don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. </p>

<p>I had my Rochester interview yesterday, so hopefully I conveyed myself well. Idk, because I may have come across as a bit odd, but I was completely myself, so they’ll just have to deal w/ that. I went into how I found it amazing that you could learn all there is to learn in a specific field and then how i found it incredible that people can do that and then create something completely new and unheard of… I just kind of went into why I really wanted to do research in college. He didn’t really say much, but he seemed like a nice guy, so hopefully that just means that he wanted to hear me speak as opposed to cutting into it or something.</p>
<p>My question is was this a strange wa to explain why I want to do undergrad research? Or does this kind of show intellectual curiousity, which I later in the day found out is something they like to see?</p>
